Muay Thai is a stand-up combat sport, where fighters are not allowed to take the fight to the ground. It is fast-paced and combines both boxing and kicking

in one swirling melee of a

bout.

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a ground-based martial art, using the principals of leverage, angles, pressure and timing, as well as knowledge of the human anatomy, in order to achieve a

non-violent submission of opponent.

FITNESS KICKBOXING

Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports and a form of boxing based on kicking and punching. Kickboxing is one of the best cardio workouts you can give to your body. Its high intensity from start to finish and will leave you

burning calories for hours.

FITNESS BOOTCAMP

A boot camp workout also can include functional fitness, such as using whole-body, multijoint exercises that simulate movements people do in life. A typical boot camp workout uses interval training that combines bodyweight and strength training with aerobic elements.
